Great service. Had to exchange for size 9 and was given the choice of keeping the original ring and just paying half rather than paying for return postage which would have been expensive. New size 9 fits perfectly and I love it

The ring is great. Fits the finger I bought it to wear on, it came bagged and boxed in secure packaging, and better still it was in a buy one get one free so very happy with that side of things, however the only downside to the experience was the postage and how long it took to get to me, which was 9 days. Not too bad I here people say, but when you place an order the following day from china and it arrives 4 days before this came shows how bad it was and there was no updates until the day of delivery to say it was arriving that day, the courier company tracking just said they had received it and was on its way to destination.
