Exchanges & Returns

Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must be sent back in their original condition and without previously used postage labels.

To start your return or exchange, submit your request through our official Return & Exchange Portal.

Do I need to pay for the return?
At this moment, we do not offer free returns.

Rejected, Unclaimed & Return-to-Sender Parcels

If a parcel is refused at delivery, not collected from a pick-up point, or returned to sender by the courier, it will be routed back through the carrier’s network. This does not guarantee that the parcel will reach our warehouse.

Refunds or exchanges can only be processed once the item has been physically received and checked in by our warehouse. If the parcel does not reach us, we cannot issue a refund or exchange.

Returns from Outside the EU

If you are returning items from outside the European Union, the shipment must be sent using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Returns shipped without DDP may be stopped, rejected, or returned by customs, and may never reach our warehouse.

Returns that do not arrive due to missing DDP, unpaid duties, or customs rejection cannot be refunded or exchanged. The customer is fully responsible for sending the return correctly.

I haven't received my refund

Depending on your courier and country, returns can take up to 3–4 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed.

Once your return has been processed, our crew will notify you by email to confirm your refund. It can take an additional 5 business days for the funds to reach your payment method.
