Orders and delivery
How fast will it arrive?
Netherlands and Belgium: tomorrow. Germany: 1–2 days. UK and US: 3–6 days. Australia, Canada, Switzerland: 4–8 days. Rest of the EU: 4–9 days. Always free, tracked and insured, duties already paid outside the EU. The full list is on the delivery page.
Where is my order?
Your shipping email has the tracking link. Carriers scan at hubs, so a quiet day is normal. Longer than the times above? Email us with your order number and we chase it.
Can I cancel or change my address?
We move fast once an order hits the forge, so it is not always possible. Email us straight away and we do our best.
Wrong item, wrong size, or missing?
Email info@outlaws.amsterdam with your order number and a photo. We send the right piece and sort the rest.
Returns and swaps
How do I return or swap?
Within 30 days of delivery, in original condition with the packaging. Fill in the return form and we reply with the address. Return shipping is on you; the new piece in a swap ships free.
When do I get my refund?
Within 5 days of your return arriving, confirmed by email. Your bank can take up to 5 more business days.
The pact
How does the lifetime guarantee work?
Every piece is guaranteed for life. No fade, no excuses. If it ever fails, we repair or replace it.
How do I claim?
Email info@outlaws.amsterdam with your order number and a photo. The crew takes care of it.
Wear and care
Can I shower, swim and train with it on?
Yes. Every piece is 100% waterproof and sweat-proof, made for every day. Shower, sea, gym.
Will it turn my skin green?
No. 316L steel and 925 silver are hypoallergenic and do not discolour skin.
Sizing
Which ring size am I?
Most men wear a 9, most women a 7, but measure once and you are set. The size guide works with a ring you own or a strip of paper, and every ring ships with a free sizer.
Which bracelet size am I?
Measure your wrist, then take the smallest bracelet that is more than 0.2 cm above it. The guide has the chart.
