The rules, in short

Any piece within 30 calendar days of receiving it, in its original condition, with its packaging and without a used postage label on it. Return shipping is paid by you. The new piece in a swap ships free, and if the price differs we settle it by email.

Refunds

Returns take 3–4 business days to reach us and be checked in. We confirm your refund by email the moment it is processed, within 5 days of arrival. Your bank can take up to 5 more business days to show it.

A parcel that is refused at the door, not collected or sent back by the courier may never reach us. We can only refund or swap a piece that has physically arrived and been checked in.

Returning from outside the EU

Send it DDP, Delivered Duty Paid. Returns without DDP can be stopped by customs and never reach us, and a return that does not arrive cannot be refunded. You are responsible for sending it correctly.
